Hands down the best beef kare-kare I’ve had in the DC area. The peanut sauce was creamy and flavorful, the beef was tender, and the vegetables were cooked just right. It tasted just like the kare-kare I grew up with, especially when paired with bagoong. The place has a warm, welcoming vibe that reminds me of family gatherings back home. If you’re craving authentic Filipino comfort food, this is the spot.

The crispy pata (fried pork leg) here is phenomenal. The skin is perfectly crisp, the meat is juicy, and it has that rich, savory flavor that keeps you coming back. You can tell it’s made fresh and with real care. The portion is generous, the service is great, and the whole experience is just outstanding. Easily one of the best comfort dishes I’ve ever had.

I absolutely love this place. The cassava cake is one of the best I have ever had. It is soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet. The atmosphere is always lively and welcoming, especially during their karaoke nights. It is the perfect spot to enjoy great Filipino food, sing with friends, and just have a good time. Definitely one of my favorite places in the area.

I finally tried the beef kare-kare with tripe and it blew me away. The peanut sauce was creamy and full of flavor, and the combination of tender beef and tripe worked perfectly together. It is a dish that feels rich and comforting without being heavy. The staff were kind and made the whole experience enjoyable.
